Mom & Babe

Mom and Babe yoga is designed to help you reconnect to your postnatal body, along with other moms in the community.  With your little one by your side (or crawling around with their friends), we will stretch tense muscles, strengthen the legs, back and core and use breath techniques to retrain the body to optimal function after childbirth.  Reach out to Jenny with inquiries: jenny@chandrayogashala.com
