Flexibility training for yogis. Creating a mobile, supple body is a central component in yoga. Flexibility prevents injuries, and allows us to move through our practice with more grace and depth. As the name suggests, this class will train the student to create more space in the body. Using the breath to endure moments of discomfort, students will be given the tools required to foster a “bendier” body and a more tolerant mind. This class will showcase a strong emphasis on hip openers. Bring socks to class.
