Named after the city of Mysore, India, this style of practice follows the traditional Ashtanga yoga method whereby students move through a set series of postures on their own, within a group setting. In the Mysore room, students are given one-on-one guidance to facilitate their understanding of the practice as well as how it can be modified to suit their needs. This style of practice is open to all levels as all students will be introduced to the proper breathing techniques and postures as they feel comfortable. Students may arrive at any time, and leave whenever they complete their practice.
